Will my cat actually use it?
Most cats go straight back to their usual spot, and now it's covered. Rubbing a little catnip on it helps if your cat is unsure at first.
Will the adhesive hold on my couch?
It depends on the fabric. Smooth, tight weaves hold best. Always test on a hidden spot first and press firmly for 30 seconds. On heavily used spots, many owners add clear upholstery twist pins (from any hardware store) for extra hold. Don't use pins on leather.
Can I use it on walls or doors?
Yes. It sticks to smooth walls, doors and door frames.
Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–5 business days and delivered in 7–16 business days in total. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at couchsaver.help@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order may already be on its way.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. See our refund policy for details.
