Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1–5 business days to prepare your order.
• Delivery: 7–16 business days in total from your order to your door.
• You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Your order is sent directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, so it may arrive in plain packaging.

Wrong address?

Email couchsaver.help@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering to change your shipping address. After that, your order may already be on its way. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Haven't received your order?

If it hasn't arrived within 16 business days, contact us at couchsaver.help@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away. See our Refund Policy for lost or late packages.
